WHO WE ARE
Sustain Humanity Initiative (SHI) is a non-profit (non-governmental) organization formed to be
service responsive to the needs of less-privileged, vulnerable Children, their families and
communities. The Organization is committed to addressing society’s ongoing gaps, working shoulder to shoulder with the beneficiaries, promoting resilience and ameliorating their challenges.
SHI is committed to evidence-based programming and the promotion of good health through the
provision of quality youth services to Children, their families and the communities. Promotion of
sexual and reproductive health rights for adolescents, youth and women will be on SHI’s agenda for
action.

Economic Strengthening
To create greater economic empowering opportunities for less privileged/vulnerable populations through improved food security, livelihood and business enhancement.
We provide education
To provide basic education, vocational education and training for the disadvantaged children, adolescents and youth in order to make them literate and empowered.
Health and Safe guarding
Health and Safeguarding (including pandemics and epidemics, psycho-
social support, drug abuse reduction, mental health promotion)
Climate Justice for Environmental Sustainability
To empower individuals, organizations, and communities to make sustainable
choices and take meaningful actions that benefit both people and the planet.
Humanitarian Support and Relief
To Identify and implement most sustainable solutions through – Disaster Risk
Reduction (DRR), Response mitigation and Advocacy.
Business Development
To create and conduct business development opportunities to meet
Organizational specific needs aimed at contributing to the economic gaps for the needy, their
families and communities at large.
